| Who We Are |
| H.O.P.E. Ministry was founded for the purpose of reaching out to Women
throughout the Apostolic Assembly who are presently or, in the future, may encounter their own personal battle with cancer. Our primary goal is to provide encouragement, comfort, and to be supportive in whatever capacity is needed. Further, we will endeavor to provide education about this disease, be it in written form or personal experience, to husbands and family members of those facing this struggle. Cancer survivors, by the Grace of God, we stand united to give hope and encouragement through our own personal experiences. |
| |
| What We Do |
- Develop and provide a network of contacts in every District to ensure that all
women may find support.
- Offer spiritual and emotional encouragement through the Word of God,
personal experience, and testimonies.
- Personal visitation by H.O.P.E. representatives to provide support and
encouragement to family members and congregations.
- Presented at the time of visitation, a "H.O.P.E. Cancer Kit" provided free of charge by H.O.P.E. Ministry.

Cancer patients should avoid the routine use of antioxidant supplements during radiation and chemotherapy because the supplements may reduce the anticancer benefits of therapy, researchers concluded in a commentary published online May 27 in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
